Geographic scope
This policy applies to sales made by Vorzelyneoxleio from Norway to consumers where EU or Norwegian consumer law applies. If you live outside those areas, local rules may give different rights; ask us for written confirmation before you order.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Economic Area may cancel distance purchases within fourteen days of receiving the goods, subject to hygiene rules for sealed food supplements. The withdrawal period ends fourteen days after you acquire physical possession of the parcel.
Hygiene exceptions
Opened food supplement packs cannot be returned unless the product is defective or not as described. This follows Norwegian and EU consumer rules on goods that cannot be resold for health protection reasons once unsealed.
How to notify us

Returning goods
After approval, ship sealed items to the returns address provided in our reply. Use tracked shipping and keep proof of postage until the refund posts. You bear direct return costs unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Refunds
We refund all payments received, including outbound delivery where applicable, within fourteen days from receiving the returned goods or evidence that you dispatched them. Refunds use the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.
Defective or damaged parcels
Photograph outer packaging and batch codes before opening if the parcel arrives crushed or resealed. Report within forty-eight hours so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-returnable situations
Custom-formulated batches ordered on request, products bought after expiry date printed on the pack when the sale was clear, or goods returned without prior approval may be refused.
